Matchups
FavoredWarrior Fear, dots and Death Coil. Fear again after Berserker Rage is used.
EvenPaladin Long fight. They Cleanse your dots, so Spell Lock their heals.
FavoredHunter Fear or Seduction, then dots. Spell Lock does little here.
FavoredRogue Keep dots on them so they cannot go back into stealth.
EvenPriest Spell Lock their heals. Fear Ward blocks one Fear.
HardShaman Tremor Totem breaks Fear. Have your pet kill it.
FavoredMage Spell Lock their casts. Fear stops them from kiting you.- EvenWarlock The first Spell Lock and Fear usually win.
EvenDruid Fear and dots outlast them. Spell Lock their big heals.
Battlegrounds
- Warsong Gulch Fear the carrier's healer. Affliction builds slow the carrier with Curse of Exhaustion.
- Arathi Basin Dot the defenders, then Howl of Terror them off the flag.
- Darkspear Islands Fear players off capture points.
- Alterac Valley Dot whole groups at choke points.
Avoid
- Letting your pet sit idle.
- Fearing a target into its own team.
- Using Life Tap while enemies are hitting you.
